ELiTE’s first foray on the Fasig-Tipton Saratoga scene was a success, resulting in a 100% clearance rate for our sellers.
The consignment topper was a Curlin filly out of Enchanted Rock who sold for $450,000 to Mike Ryan as agent. The filly, bred by Peter Brant’s White Birch Farm, is a half-sister to G1W Verrazano.
The second offering from White Birch Farm was the Tapit colt out of Durable Goods who sold for $350,000 to Pin Oak Stud.
Lastly, ELiTE brought the first foal out of G3 Schuylerville winner Catherinethegreat to market. This filly, bred and raised by WinStar Farm, is by freshman sire Tom’s d’Etat and sold to Woodslane Farm LLC for $160,000.
